Please note that additional services such as evening or weekend delivery, deliveries to remote or island locations, or when special delivery services are requested, may incur additional charges. We only ship to Australian addresses.  Due to the nature of our products, we are using a special logistics carrier and our delivery is a door-to-door service. To facilitate this it is essential that you supply us with an address (residential or workplace) that has someone available during normal business hours to receive your delivery (as a signature is required by the courier). We are unable to ship to P. O. Boxes. While every effort is made to quickly deliver our products, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Failed deliveries to unattended addresses will incur additional delivery fees.

All pickup orders will be ready the following day of placing the order. For same-day pickup, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Pickup is Monday to Friday 08:00 to 15:30 (exclude public holidays)
